ThiSeason Ltd was first established in 2015 as a Community Interest Company (CIC), supporting children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. In response to growing demand and the need for long-term sustainability, the organisation was restructured and re-registered as a consultancy. Today, ThiSeason Ltd delivers Leadership Training, Team Building, and Professional Services, combining commercial effectiveness with social impact.
